The DARE project is pleased to announce that it has officially joined the Crisis Management Innovation Network (CMINE), becoming a member of both the Societal Resilience Cluster (SRC) and the Responder Technology Cluster (RTC).

This milestone represents an important step in strengthening DARE’s engagement with the European crisis management research and innovation ecosystem. Through its participation in the Societal Resilience Cluster, DARE will collaborate with a community of Horizon Europe projects focused on enhancing community resilience, disaster risk awareness and inclusive societal preparedness.

In parallel, by joining the Responder Technology Cluster, DARE will contribute to shared innovation on technologies, tools and methodologies to support first responders, with a focus on improving safety, interoperability and operational readiness across Europe.

On 12 December 2025, DARE participated for the first time in a meeting of the CMINE Societal Resilience Cluster. The meeting brought together European Commission-funded research and innovation projects and highlighted strong opportunities for cross-project collaboration, including joint work on policy briefs, shared glossaries, webinars, standardisation activities and initiatives for early-career researchers, all aimed at increasing collective impact at European level.

DARE looks forward to actively contributing to CMINE activities, exchanging best practices, co-developing solutions and supporting the translation of research results into operational and policy-relevant outcomes.
