The DARE project was successfully presented at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 through the VFDB stand, providing an excellent opportunity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders from the emergency management, civil protection and disaster resilience communities.
Visitors to the stand were introduced to the project through dedicated promotional materials, including DARE postcards, while the DARE project video was continuously displayed on a large screen throughout the event. The stand attracted strong attendance and generated considerable interest in the project’s objectives and activities.
The event facilitated numerous productive discussions with practitioners, researchers, policymakers and industry representatives. Visitors showed a high level of engagement with DARE’s mission and provided positive feedback on the project’s approach to strengthening disaster resilience and improving preparedness and response capabilities across Europe.
Participation in INTERSCHUTZ 2026 offered a valuable platform to raise awareness of the DARE project, exchange knowledge with key stakeholders and promote dialogue on innovative solutions for disaster risk management and emergency response.
